10 GUARANTEES IN FAVOR OF THIRD PARTIES

The total amount of guarantees in favor of its subsidiaries was CHF 85.5 million on December 31, 2025 (December 31, 2024: CHF 89.3 million). In addition, the Company is member of the VAT-group of Tecan Schweiz AG.
