Trade accounts receivable are non-interest bearing and are generally on terms of 30 to 90 days. In 2025, CHF 2.2 million (2024: CHF 2.1 million) was recognized as allowance for expected credit losses.
Contract assets are initially recognized for revenue earned for the installation of complex instruments, contract manufacturing as well as engineering services without delivery of instruments, if the contracts fulfil the criteria for revenue recognition over time. The amounts recognized as contract assets are reclassified to trade accounts receivable to the extent they can be billed to the customer. There are no allowances for expected credit losses in 2024 and 2025.
