In April 2020 the Swiss pension plan was adjusted. The conversion rate used to calculate the annuity relating to the exceeding part of savings capital will be reduced, starting from January 1, 2022. This modification is considered a plan amendment. The resulting positive past service costs amounting to CHF 2.2 million were recognized immediately in profit or loss and are included in the personnel costs of 2020.
